I order from jerseymikes.com often, and the food is usually good, but the delivery timing is all over the place. Sometimes it gets to me fast, but other times it just sits on “being prepared” forever and then shows up kind of cold. I also tried calling once to check on an order and got transferred around, which was really annoying when I just wanted a simple update.

Pickup has been better for me overall. Most of the time my order is ready close to the time they give, though I’ve still had a few visits where I’m standing around waiting. It’s not awful, but it’s definitely not as consistent as I’d like, so I usually do pickup now unless I’m really not in the mood to leave

I've ordered from jerseymikes.com a few times now, and the subs have been really good every time. The bread tastes fresh, the meat has a lot of flavor, and that oil and vinegar mix makes the whole thing better. A friend recommended I try them, and I’m glad I did because they’re simple, but seriously tasty.

They got my sandwich wrong again, and on top of that, they forgot the chips. Frustrating, honestly

I ordered from jerseymikes.com and, yes, I did actually take the time to customize my sandwich before checking out. I asked for no onions and extra pickles, but it showed up with onions on it anyway and barely any pickles, which was frustrating.
The website seemed simple enough to use, so I don’t really see how this got messed up on my end. The sandwich was still edible, and I’m not trying to make a huge deal out of it, but when you pay for something and pick exactly what you want, it’s annoying when it doesn’t come that way. I probably won’t bother ordering online again.

I used to be okay with paying a bit more, but now the sub is tiny and the price is way too high. It feels like customers aren’t being listened to at all. I left feeling ignored and disappointed.

I’ve ordered from jerseymikes.com a handful of times now, and so far the subs have always shown up tasting fresh. I used to grab sandwiches from a few other places more often, but Jersey Mike’s has been way more consistent for me.

The lettuce is crisp, the tomatoes actually have some flavor, and the meat and cheese don’t taste cheap or like they’ve been sitting around all day. The bread is soft too, which makes a bigger difference than I used to think.

It’s nothing overly fancy, but that’s kind of why I like it. Just a solid sub with good ingredients and none of that stale, weird taste I’ve had from other sandwich spots before.

At first I thought maybe the staff were just busy, but wow, the vibe changed fast. They seemed annoyed the whole time and barely said anything to me. I wasn’t expecting a long conversation, but a little basic friendliness would’ve been nice

Stopped in for lunch and the place was super clean. Tables were wiped down, floors looked good, and the counter area wasn’t all messy or anything. Defintely makes me feel better eating there.

Stopped in for a sub today and it was ready way faster than I expected. I barely had time to notice the little stack of napkins by the counter before they handed it over. No waiting around, which was great.

I swear the prices just keep creeping up every time I shop here. They throw out coupons like they’re doing you a huge favor, but they barely make a dent. By the time everything’s added up, it still feels way too pricey. Like, what’s the point of a coupon if I’m still leaving annoyed at the total?

I was in a hurry when I ordered, and the app itself worked fine, so that part was easy. But my pickup time ended up being a little off, and by the time I got my sandwich, it was kind of cold. Not terrible, just not as smooth as I was hoping for
