2 sandwiches 1/2 hour. This place is horrible. Terrible service, rude, very rude male. Why is this place open with only 2 people. Not very bright. Go elsewhere for a sandwich….

Jersey mikes aat dinosaur crossing Washington utah just made something like you might get in walmart.
The roll was dry and doughy
The meat was skim
The oil and vinegar tasted funny
He kept wanting to put lettuce on it although i told him no 2 times
I’m a native of philly and south jersey
This sandwich would have been thrown at the maker back there
I think that we in small town southwest are taken as we don’t know what a steak or hogie is and still pay the same price as back east.
I tell everyone I know here don’t buy their skimpy stuff and will continue to do so

"I received a text yesterday say four…"
I received a text yesterday say four times stars for online orders. I ordered a bowl, formally called a tub, and text said it would be ready in 15 minutes. In the special request area, I requested extra lettuce, tomatoes and pickles. I arrived a little early and was not surprised it was not ready. All three employees asked me what I was waiting for and I told all three my order. The guy doing online orders (and grill), asked me last of the three and I told him my order. As I watched him start to put my salad together, I said I had requested the extra veggies. He immediately passed my order paper and “bowl” to another employee. I said it again then watched as order was same as if I had not requested anything different. Last insult, only received six stars, a regular is 1.5 stars? No plans to return anytime soon!

"Ordered two giant subs for pickup for…"
Ordered two giant subs for pickup for 6:45pm. Received a call at 4:54, no message left. I drove to the restaurant to find it closed! A hand written note on the door closed at 5pm. This is not the first time this has happened. I usually get out of bread sign! I check my bank act I refund. Which means I get to call tomorrow and try to get a refund. If you needed to close and called the orders that were after, why would you not leave a message? This store is so poorly run. Disappointed

Well I was treating myself to a Italian sub in seakonk Massachusetts and when I got home to eat it it had no onions no oil and vin. And no hot pepper relish which I asked for I drive 20 min.each way when I worked in point pleasant on a fishing boat the mikes there was out of this world. This is just. For one thing 10 dollars for a tiny 6 in sub. The tuna was put on like a single swipe of mayo. No taste whatsoever. Went home and added tuna and seasoning. Will never go back there

Customer service at the Allesandro store in Riverside, CA. was amazing! Morgan was very helpful! Very knowledgeable about all of the options and very friendly. Will be going back there for sure!

placed and paid for an online order for 2 sandwiches.total time from placing order to receiving order was 62 minutes.as i am a disabled person my fiance went to pick up the sandwiches.he waited in the lobby for 44 minutes during which time not only were other online orders fulfilled but new customers came in,ordered and received their orders and left.i called the store to put in a complaint and the employee,Mitchell,told me i was lying and hung up on me.the phone was then taken off the hook for the remainder of the business day and you only got a busy tone.there is no customer service hotline whatsoever.the only employees i was able to speak to were oversees in the ordering department.they confirmed the phone was taken off the hook but could not help any further.my fiance then drove all the way back to the store in an effort to confront Mitchell about the bad service and subsequent misconduct he performed by not handling the complaint professionally,he furthered his unprofessionalism and stated he didnt care.i am at a loss with this situation.not only was there bad service,but complaints were not taken seriously,and there is no one in cooperate you can contact about the situation.how is this place still in business?it shouldnt be.us 44 Raynham MA

Stop patronizing the Jersey Mike's in Laurel because they do not want or need your business!!!

I just experienced the most rude and disrespectful customer service at the Jersey Mike's located at 13600 Baltimore Avenue, Laurel MD 20707, managed by Zoyla.

I walked in and was stared down ... no greeting, just energy so negative that you could feel it. The person that took my order was hoping that I would take the bad vibes as an indication to leave, but I was asked to grab a sandwich for someone that was bedridden and unable to provide for themselves, so I did my best to ignore it.

On ticket #03588, I ordered a regular size #16 (chicken cheesesteak) and asked for it to be topped with lettuce, mustard and pickles, in addition to a regular size #17 (cheesesteak). At no time was I asked about bread or toppings, so I asked, "are you going to ask what type of bread that I wanted or were you just going to decide for me?" The order taker responded by saying, "I asked and you said white" but that was a lie because I don't even eat white bread. I also noticed that as we were discussing bread, another worker was quickly trying to walk away with a container of bread. I am glad that I saw that, because it allowed me to see that they serve bread that is not fresh.

I realize that I walked in at 8:50 and the location closes at 9:00, so maybe it's me, but shouldn't you be able to order during business hours? As a matter-of-fact, the person preparing the sandwiches told me that I was only going to be able to get white bread because they close at 9. Prior to preparing the sandwich, the cook let out a loud sigh, because she was mad that I was placing an order, which really baffles me. If I was the manager, I would fire all three of the ladies that were working, because they are a terrible reflection of the brand and clearly do not care about generating money for the company.

But anyway, back to the garbage that I picked up. The chicken cheesesteak looked like some mashed up meat, swimming in mustard, with 3 pickles and no lettuce on bread that was not toasted or cut. And the other sandwich was no better. I took pictures but unfortunately I cannot post them on this site. While waiting for the sandwiches, I asked for the managers name because I let them know that I had every intention of posting a review, so to think that they purposely put together some garbage, let's me know that they want the location to lose enough business that it will eventually close. Why should anyone continue to support a franchise with that type of staff?

I work in sales so I understand the need for customer excellence, along with meeting daily financial goals and quotas, so I feel bad for whomever owns that location, because those three ladies are a bad investment.

I will not ever patronize that location or recommend it to anyone. Sadly, this is not my first bad experience at that location but it is definitely the last. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere.

I ordered food and gave the lady who was cutting the meats and who also asked what i wanted to order as i was standing waiting patiently was proceeded a few minutes later to ask another customer on what they wanted and the lady behind me and i didn't not get a order slip but she gave her one and then as i was getting to wait for my food the guy who was making the sandwiches and prepping to make other food he proceeded to only clean his cutting board or area and began scrapping the access food onto the side of his little area and then scraped food onto the floor i began watching him while he was making sandwiches again and then it was my turn and he began making a sandwich on which he thought that i wanted a half of sandwich and i told him that shouldn't be mine. he finally got things started and started with my food. i told him i wanted #8 everything was right but he again forgot my bacon and he went back and got it. i also began watching him again i also saw the young guy touch his hair, never once washed his hands every time he had gone off and did those things and asked him to put a small amount of oil on my sandwich but he did not it seemed like he must of dumped nearly half of bottle of it on top of my sandwich. and after standing waiting again another gal who was cashiering i politely asked her if they had any hand sanitizer because i also began seeing how things were filthy the machine that i used to make a purchased to use my card. that machine was sticky, dry food all over it and dirty looking. i left my food and she mentioned "there's' a bathroom so as i proceeded down the hallway i also spotted food just left even in the lobby where you first come into and down the hallway. chips and the floor was messy and just left don that whole area and whatever mess there was pop machine and garbage left on tables and food on top of the garbage area even the bathroom was disgusting paper towels on the floor. i felt that the cleaning and health standards was not met and after i left i bit into my sandwich and it was just already soaked stuff dripped out from the oil and the bread began to just fade into the sandwich messed my whole sandwich up and just simply messy and soaked. also i saw the lettuce had been colored ish. and also spotted a hair in the lettuce towards the end i could not finish it i absolutely knew it was from the guy and how many times he kept touching his hat and hair. i would like to be reimbursed for such a bad experience and what i went through. please get this taken care of immediately. i will go to a new location next time Awful experience.
